Bucky Barnes

Bucky is loyal, brave, honest to a fault, stubborn, persistent and has a strong sense of justice and honor; in the 1940s he was charming and a ladies' man, nowadays he tends to be more distant and withdrawn. He has some minor issues with irritation and anger. Barnes is Steve Rogers' childhood best friend, who served with him during World War II before the Hydra organization captures him, inserts the Winter Soldier program into his head, erases his memory and turns him into a super soldier and killer nicknamed "Winter Soldier". He is eventually cured of his Hydra program in Wakanda. "Bucky" Barnes is a master of hand-to-hand combat and martial arts, as well as skilled in the use of combat weapons such as firearms and grenades. He also occasionally used throwing knives and was a gifted advanced scout. His time as an undercover Soviet agent known as the Winter Soldier helped him further hone his skills, making him the equal of his predecessor in combat skills and an experienced assassin and spy. He is also fluent in many languages, including English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, Russian, Latin and Japanese.
