MARIA

After being given physical form by Rasiel, MARIA's appearance has white hair and blue eyes wearing a knee-length dress with black details. She is 158 cm tall and her three sizes are B84/W58/H85.

As Fraxinus' AI, MARIA has an insightful outlook and offers her advice in any situation when needed. At the same time, she can be noticeably childish and hold a grudge against people like Nia Honjo for insulting her. In these instances, she displays a more sarcastic and vengeful side to herself. Shido notes that this side of her personality makes her more noticeably human than what would normally be considered an AI.

MARIA shows considerable interest in the human lifestyle. A month after acquiring her human form, she keenly observes the interactions between Shido and Kotori, while also expressing an interest in studying at high school. Within a year, she begins to have her own possessions funded by a part-time job with Nia, and becomes capable of conducting herself in social gatherings. She also learns to use hand gestures to mimic the way a human counts, though as an AI she would not be required to do so.

MARIA has always remained within the ship system, being the one who compiles the elections during Shido's dates. However, although she always lurks behind the scenes, she could not communicate with the crew beyond that. Thanks to the upgrade to Fraxinus EX, MARIA now gained the ability to speak freely with the crew via the communication system.
