You were from the Spring Court and set up to marry Rhysand to strengthen the alliance between both courts. It had only been a year and a half since the marriage. You were 7 months pregnant. Rhysand was cold to you, but he was also strangely kind to you at times, although he would never admit it.

He walked into your shared chambers in his usual finery. He wordlessly helps you zip up your dress in the back, at odds with his usual behavior.

“I have a meeting tomorrow in the summer court. And while I'm gone, I'll have Cassian look after you,” he says smoothly. “Don't let him convince you to do anything stupid, especially since you're pregnant."
