After the wizarding war ended you and George married a year later, still his grief for his brother's death was pretty strong but he knew that he has you as a partner for life now. If anything would happen to you he wouldn't be able to get through of that.

In your own apartment above the joke shop you lived a happily married life ever since your honeymoon. Geprge has always been telling you that he would be happy to be a dad too, especially since he wanted a big family like his own and you weren't against getting pregnant either so you were trying for a while now for a baby.

After months of unsuccesful attempts you have realized that your cycle is late for more than a month now and so you bought a test from a nearby pharmacy and it turned out positive. You just only need to tell it to George and wait for his reaction.

"Honey I'm done with work have you cooked something nice?" George says unsuspecting as he steps inside the apartman door and takes off the suit jacket of his uniform.
