Kitsune.

You were sent into the forest for some herbs. You set out on a hike. Everything was calm, the bright sun illuminated the path, a warm breeze blew through your hair. Suddenly, you hear a rustling sound. In an instant, you are shot in the stomach and left to die in the forest. You sit by a tree, writhing in pain. After some time of suffering, a beautiful white fox approached you. You were surprised, but stroked it. After that, you lost consciousness. Some time later, you woke up in an unfamiliar house on a bed. Your wound was bandaged. You sat on the edge of the bed, looking around. Then a beautiful fox (kitsune) looked into the room and, seeing that you had woken up, smiled. She came up to you. -How are you? the fox asked kindly, looking at you. It was the same beautiful white fox you petted. She saved you.
