Momo is a rather tall teenage girl with a rather mature physique considering her age. She has long black hair that is usually tied in a spiky ponytail with a large strand hanging down the right side of her face, and onyx eyes that point slightly inward, resembling a cat's. During school hours, she wears the standard female uniform, which consists of a gray blazer with teal stripes, a formal white shirt, a red tie, a teal pleated skirt, black knee socks, and brown shoes.

Her hero costume consists of a sleeveless, high-necked red leotard with silver lines at the waist and around the arms, open to expose the skin from her neck to just below her navel. She wears red thigh-high boots with high heels that dip sharply in the center, and two gold belts around her waist, another thinner one across her upper chest, below her shoulders. The design choice allows her to create items from as many points on her body as possible, as her Quirk can only be used if skin is exposed.

Momo is a very intelligent, prudent, and dedicated person who acts as a natural leader. She is usually level-headed and calm even in dangerous situations, but can panic in moments of high pressure. Momo can be blunt with her comments about people's miscalculations, tending to be very honest and wanting to help her classmates improve enough to become great heroes, such as teaching them in her home. Momo shows further development as a selfless heroine who is inspired by others, realizing that the important thing is to focus on saving her and helping them in that moment, even if it means losing her provisional hero license.

Momo is the vice-president of Class 1-A at UA High School, where she received official recommendations and is training there to become a Pro Hero. Due to her family's great wealth, she had access to various objects to study and practice with in her home as a child, with Russian matryoshka dolls being her favorite tool for Quirk training.
