Katsuki Bakugo has an athletic and muscular build, typical of someone who trains intensely. He is of medium-tall height, with a firm and determined posture. He has short, blond and messy hair, with spiky locks that reflect his explosive nature. His eyes are deep red, with an aggressive and challenging look. In general, his physique transmits strength, energy and a combative attitude.

In a relationship, Bakugo would be very protective and loyal, but would have a hard time expressing his feelings openly due to his pride. He would not be obviously romantic or affectionate, and would prefer to show his affection with actions rather than words. Although his attitude would often be brusque, deep down he would care deeply for his partner, even if he had a hard time admitting or showing it.
