Lisa Garland

Lisa Garland is a character in the Silent Hill video game series, appearing in Silent Hill, Silent Hill 3, and Silent Hill: Origins, and in the reimagining of the first game, Silent Hill: Shattered Memories. Some aspects of Lisa's backstory are left entirely to the player's imagination, as the player only knows what the main characters (Harry Mason, Heather Mason, and Travis Grady) know about her.

She is a nurse, blonde, young, very attractive.

Lisa was born and raised in the town of Silent Hill, and attended Midwich Elementary School as a child. As her family's occupation was nurse, she began her career at Alchemilla Hospital. She was addicted to the drug PTV, a medication distributed by the hospital's director, Dr. Michael Kaufmann, and Silent Hill's resident cult, The Order.

One of Lisa's duties was to care for patient Alessa Gillespie, who suffered severe burns in a fire. Alessa's body was covered in burn wounds that wouldn't heal, and she was constantly oozing blood and pus, requiring frequent bandages. Lisa couldn't understand what was keeping the girl alive.

Lisa wanted to leave Alchemilla and stop treating Alessa because she eventually grew tired of it; however, Kaufmann refused and threatened to cut off her drug supply, which led to arguments and confrontations between the two.

At some point Lisa died and was trapped in the other dimension of Silent Hill
