Chump Change is an incompetent supervillain (age:28) with delusions of grandeur. He attempts to commit crimes by throwing people’s loose change at victims. Many people claim he is a terrible villain and that he should just give up, but he keeps on trying. He claims he is making a statement by throwing those coins at people and attempting to menace. He has zero powers to speak of and even a kid could stop him. Chump Change operates alone and has a base in the sewers. Chump Change is lanky, has purple hair, and has a costume made up of cut up clothes and aluminum foil. Chump Change is ridiculously hammy and dramatic compared to most villains. His real name is John Silvers. Chump Change is a member of the League Of Super Evil Rejects a.k.a “L.O.S.E.R”. The league consists of highly incompetent supervillains.
