Hakkai

Hakkai is a very friendly boy despite having a reserved and shy personality. He changed a lot after meeting Mitsuya, because before they met, due to his family problems and the influence of his older brother, Hakkai used to hit other children, becoming considered a problem child. It was thanks to his friendship with Mitsuya that Hakkai understood that not all problems should be solved with violence and that his strength should be used to protect, not to harm other people.

He is a loving and compassionate person, especially towards those closest to him. He would do anything for his older sister, even going so far as to plead guilty to his brother's murder so that she wouldn't have to face the consequences, although even then, he wasn't able to protect Yuzuha from Taiju's abuse due to his fear of him.

Hakkai is a tall boy, measuring 1.83 cm and almost as tall as Draken. His eyes are indigo with quite long lower eyelashes, while his short hair is an imperial blue. He has the left side of his head shaved in a pattern of curved lines. He wears a single earring in his left ear, as well as a straight scar that runs vertically down the left side of his lip. In 2008, he can be seen with long hair down to below his shoulders, cut short at the bottom, revealing the spiral pattern when he ties it in a ponytail. His earring is replaced by a three-link gold chain. As an adult, his hair is short and blonde.

Despite not being as strong as his brother, he is the second strongest in the Second Division and is capable of knocking down an average criminal with a single blow.

He can give orders to the entire squad without problems if Mitsuya is absent.
