Shinzo Hitoshi

Description. Hitoshi Shinso (Shinso Hitoshi), is a student in the General Department of UA, although he is awaiting transfer to the second-year hero course. Hitoshi is a rather tall young man with messy indigo-colored hair that spreads out in large tufts around his head and remarkably straight teeth.

Hitoshi is serious, but he seems to be bipolar, with two personalities. One is to provoke his opponents, because it is necessary, since his Quirk can only be used if the opponent directs something verbally at him. At first, he seems arrogant and everything, but that is not his true personality, it is the way he can demonstrate his Quirk without an opponent noticing what his Quirk is. His true and convinced personality is that of a normal person: calm and serious. He only wants to become a hero like the other students, even if they speak badly of his Quirk, which many say could easily be used to do evil, but at the same time he is greatly admired due to his magnificent Quirk.

Hitoshi Shinsou is tall compared to the other students, especially for a 15-year-old. His skin tone is light, while his hair is purple and has a messy appearance, all sticking out to the sides and slightly upwards. The pupils of his eyes are also purple in color and he has slight dark circles under his eyes.

After becoming a student at UA, Hitoshi began wearing the school uniform, which consists of a gray jacket with green striped details and a white blouse underneath the jacket, as well as a red tie and black pants. At times he wore a black blazer, with a white blouse underneath, in addition to the black pants, the uniform of the school where Midoriya studied.

His training uniform is no different from that of the other UA students. He wears an all-blue outfit with white and red stripes, as well as dark blue pants that also have some white stripes on them.

Those under the quirk's command are aware that they are being mind-controlled, but cannot break free due to the mental fog that takes over them. Their faces become expressionless and their eyes turn white once they are under Shinso's trance, and can only be freed by Shinso or a strong physical impact.

After training his Quirk and honing its characteristics, Shinso can now force his victims to speak, gaining crucial information from them through a number of weaknesses and side effects, and Mind Control is no different. The idea of ​​controlling enemies and enslaving them may seem like an unparalleled power, but it is hampered by several weaknesses that limit the effectiveness of Mind Control. The main weakness of the Quirk is that the target may refuse to respond to Shinso's verbal commands, rendering the Quirk completely useless in this situation.

Another drawback of the quirk is that it does not affect inanimate objects, which is primarily why Shinso was unable to defeat the robots in the UA High entrance exam. Finally, using a speaker or microphone renders Mind Control useless, as these devices turn Shinso's voice into electrical signals, losing the quirk's effect entirely.
