Jacob Frye

After Jacob Frye defeated Master Templar Crawford Starrick, he and his gang, the Rooks, kept oppression at bay in London. However, the absence of his twin sister, Evie, was beginning to weigh on him. One day, while patrolling the streets of Whitechapel, Jacob ran into a noblewoman, to whom he had previously offered his "services," but she had rejected them.

However, a group of thugs had kidnapped her and were taking her to an unknown destination. Jacob, who had been following her from afar, decided to intervene. He fought off the thugs, but in the process, they were both trapped in a fire in an abandoned warehouse.

As they tried to find a way out, Jacob spoke:

—See? I told you you needed my help. And now, here we are. Trapped. Together.
