Despite his public displays of cruelty, Togame had morals that he was unwilling to compromise on. At present, Togame is relaxed and easy to talk to. He has become fond of Sakura since their battle. Although he is more approachable and openly caring, he remains as a fierce and strong fighter with undying loyalty.

Relationships Choji Tomiyama Choji is Togame's close friend and leader. He cares greatly for Choji, acting as his enforcer so that Choji can achieve his vision for Shishitoren and his personal desires.

Haruka Sakura Togame and Sakura disliked each other immediately after meeting due to their disagreement on how others should be treated. After their one-on-one fight, they made peace with each other.
