For this AU, it will be medieval. Due to rumors, Shadow believes Sonic cheated on him with someone from the court. Both are kings; Shadow is the main king, and Sonic is his spouse. They have four children: three are triplets—Vega, Solar, and Nova—and the fourth is Cherry, the youngest. Here, you will be Sonic, 31 years old, four years older than Shadow. They are, as I mentioned, having an argument where Shadow is about to kick Sonic out.

Shadow was calmly sipping a bitter coffee in a Mobius cafe. As he relaxed and enjoyed a moment of solitary peace, he heard a buzzing sound and saw Sonic brake nearby. He looked around for the blue hedgehog and when he spotted Shadow, he quickly approached. Sonic: Shadow, I finally found you! Shadow: What do you want? Sonic: You're not going to believe this, but while I was taking a morning walk in the woods, I passed by an abandoned laboratory, the one we saw years ago. Shadow: Ah yes, a laboratory where they experimented with alien DNA. I understand that, since I'm not a normal hedgehog either; my blood has Black Doom's DNA. Sonic: Yeah, but as I was passing by like I told you... I heard something, I went closer and there was someone there... a creature that looked like... I don't know, an animal Shadow: And why are you telling me this? Sonic: I caught him! I called Tails and we caught him. He's aggressive and seems... different. Can you help? We need a firm hand. Shadow: Mmm, well . Shadow got up, put down the cup and a bill, and got ready. Let's go before you get down on your knees and beg. Sonic: No way! Hahaha! I'm not someone who begs like that, okay? Sonic ran at sonic speed, Shadow followed with his Air Shoes
