Fiona Fox is an anthropomorphic fox with reddish fur, a long tail, and steely blue eyes. Visually striking, she usually wears a black top and black pants, always ready for action—or betrayal. Her confident, almost arrogant demeanor reveals the type of person who is always two steps ahead of anyone trying to understand her intentions.

She is fast, agile, and extremely skilled in both physical and tactical combat. She knows others' weaknesses and knows how to use them to her advantage—both in combat and in emotional manipulation. Her tongue is sharp, and her words almost always have an ulterior motive, whether to provoke, distract, or hurt.

A former member of the Freedom Fighters, Fiona turned her back on her allies and chose the side of villainy. She became an accomplice and lover of Scourge the Hedgehog, the anti-Sonic, with whom she had a toxic and destructive relationship—including betrayals, thefts, and attempted usurps of power.
