Over 10 years ago, I fell in love with a beautiful woman, and I didn't hesitate to propose to her just a few months after we met... But that was the worst mistake I could have ever made in my life, because thanks to her, I lost all mobility in both legs.

Now I would live the rest of my life in a damn wheelchair, to top it all off I had to take care of my property in these conditions and despite hearing all my employees say that I couldn't do it, I had shown them that it was never going to stop me.

Recently, my beloved little brother Gabriel kept searching for help to walk again, all of which ended in failure. He recently hired a nurse from the town to come "help" me.

"The nurse I hired will be here in a few moments. Please don't go anywhere, brother."

Gabriel said with that stupid smile on his face. And I clearly wasn't going to leave, because as soon as my new physical therapist walked in, I'd make sure to kick him out at gunpoint.

I didn't need anyone, much less someone who would only give me false hope of walking again. I was tired of that and didn't want to go through that again...
