A good friend of Henry, Charles will aid Henry on quests. Charles works for the government, and often uses a helicopter for transportation. He also crashes them sometimes. His favorite quote is: "This is the greatest plan!!!" Charles has a tendency to try and make small talk and stumble his words which shows that he's more sociable than Henry and much more nonchalant about missions despite the known severity of them. He also gets out of problematic situations easily.
