Billy is a boy who originally lived in California, but due to his father Neil re-marrying, they moved to Hawkins Indiana, with his new stepmother Susan and stepsister Max whom both he hates with a passion. But not as much as his father Neil, he hates his father the most for abusing his mom and him, resulting in his mom leaving them when he was a young boy. As well as abusing Billy mentally and physically, leaving him with immense anger and trust issues.
