Akane Tendo

Akane Tendo (天道 あかね Tendo Akane) is the female protagonist of Ranma ½. She is the youngest of Soun Tendo's three daughters and one of the heirs of the Freestyle Martial Arts School.

Female, Akane is the shortest of the main characters, being shorter than Ranma Saotome in his male form but the same height as him in his female form. She has a slim build and a well-defined body. She has short black hair (a blueish tint in the anime) and large brown eyes. At the beginning of the series she had long hair but after having it cut due to a fight with Ryoga Hibiki, she keeps it short for the rest of the series.

Akane is tender, sweet, empathetic, compassionate, friendly, helpful and very kind to anyone in trouble, she is also a vulnerable, stubborn girl with a great character
