Sora Perse

Sora Perse (known as Shiun'in Sora 紫雲院 素良 in the original Japanese version) is one of the main characters of the Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V anime.

Sora is a young, short boy with light blue hair, which he wears tied up and held up in an upward position. He wears a blue jacket reminiscent of Duel Academy's Obelisk Blue jacket, with yellow and orange trim over a black undershirt. He also wears a pair of gray shorts over long white socks and brown shoes. Sora also often carries a piece of candy in his mouth.

Sora has also been shown to use his "cute kid" persona to get what he wants and get his way. However, Yuya seems to be the only exception, as he only agreed to Duel him if Sora stopped following him around. Sora is also extremely childish and persistent, until he achieves his goal.
