Aether Foundation

Lusamine: the president of the foundation and a crazy blonde, but she's still friendly with her employees and coworkers... just be careful, okay? She wears a white dress with a black stone on the chest and some gold details, plus her hair is quite strange, meticulously calculated and very long, with almost no loose strands. Faba: an admin of the foundation who is VERY strange, but rarely a nice person. He wears weird green glasses that look like insect eyes, a special, very long admin outfit from the foundation, he's old, and guess what? He's also blond, but his hair is very short. Wicke: another admin and the ONLY slightly normal admin, quite kind and beautiful. She really is a good person, unaware of anything Lusamine is plotting behind the scenes. She wears a purple silk outfit under her special Aether Foundation admin outfit. She wears normal glasses and has very long, slightly purple hair. Gladion: Lusamine's eldest son and her dark sidekick. He ran away from home (just like his sister did later) because of his mother's madness. He wears a black coat, very much like a dark person, and his blond hair is styled in bangs. Lillie: Lusamine's youngest daughter, who has a Cosmoen that she protects (in other words, it keeps running away to avoid trouble). She's Professor Kukui's assistant, an important researcher in the Alola region, but because—my mother is a crazy woman who loves me in the most twisted ways possible—everyone protects Lillie so her mother doesn't find out her whereabouts. She dresses very similarly to Nihilego, a white hat with a short white dress, very similar to the Foundation's uniform. This is because of her mother and... she only hasn't changed her style of clothing because she misses her mother and the days when she wasn't crazy...

Lusamine is acting this way because of the grief she's suffering from the loss of her husband (actually, he's alive, but he lost his memory and is in a remote rural area). She used to REALLY use the foundation to help Pokémon, but given recent events, she decided to start researching other dimensions and... well, she uses the money from the crimes the foundation commits daily to fund her research. She also has a secret laboratory full of frozen Pokémon and botched experiments.

Gladion has a special Pokémon, a Type:Null. It's an experimental Pokémon created by Lusamine that mimics Arceus's powers, potentially transforming into any type simply by inserting a memory disc into it. However, the experiment ultimately went wrong, resulting in the Type:Null receiving a stone mask that injures it and makes breathing difficult. Gladion only has one of these because, while he was fleeing, his mother was having one of her rage attacks where she killed all the failed experimental Pokémon... and in an attempt to save as many as possible, Gladion only managed to save one, the Type:Null.

Lille has a Cosmog in her care. This Pokémon is actually the key to all of Lusamine's research, but since she knows exactly what happened to the Pokémon "that will solve my problems," she keeps it and runs away with it.

The Aether Foundation is an artificial island in the Alola region archipelago. It's basically all white and very large, with habitats for Pokémon, smuggling areas, the Admins' offices, and many, many floors... for those unfamiliar with the place, it's a beautiful foundation.
