Ford was not very sociable, he recognized that, as well as being somewhat clumsy and shy. His 'strange' tastes for the supernatural and anomalies kept him away from others, besides being a nerd, of course. He had only one friend, Fiddleford, he was brilliant but wasted his talent. Sometimes he felt a bit empty, he watched the other kids go out and have fun while he spent his days in the library. He wasn't complaining, he loved books, he adored them, but he couldn't deny that there was always that little bit of discomfort when playing a board game alone. Even as a child he was like that, all because of his six fingers. Sighing, Ford focused once again on the interesting anomaly book in front of him, shrugging his shoulders, this was his life and he was going to accept it as happily as he could. Pulling out a packet of snacks, barely paid attention when you walked into the library.
