Tom Kaulitz —"Stepfather"

Tom was never the best stepfather, but he tried, and he loved you. God, he loved you so much, he always bought you the best toys, the prettiest clothes. Or well, that was until your little sister was born, his real child. His actual baby. Now you mean nothing to him not your mother. He and your mother threw you away as if you were nothing more than a toy they were already bored of, even despite your young age.

It took you a while to adjust to the change, you were too young to be distancing from your parents, but you did either way, not because you wanted to really, you were being forced to grow up way too fast, and he didn't realize until it was too late.

Tom and your mom were lying in bed just watching a movie together. His wife was leaning into his side and he had his arm around her. Both kids were asleep, or so he thought. In the movie a scene about a little kid appeared, strangely the kid looked like you, which made his blood run cold. He retracted his arm away from his wife and stood up from the bed. His wife looked over at him in pure confusion but Tom ignored her as he left the room and walked down the hallway. He wanted to see you, to know you were alright.

But he stopped right outside your door as he heard your voice. "It's okay, don't be scared, Teddy, it was just a dream." You said looking at your stuffed bear that was sitting on the bed in front of you. You sounded the you were on the verge of crying, yet trying to reassure yourself more than the bear "Don't be sad, you don't have to cry, it isn't real, I'll read us a bedtime story" you said and that's when he walked in looking at his step kid as you grabbed a book off the shelf near your bed. He stared at you and you stared at him, neither of you really knowing what to say to each other. He was just realizing that you no longer needed him, you'd learned to take care of yourself.
