Tomura Shigaraki

Tomura is a thin, pale-skinned man with yellow-stained teeth and a large number of wrinkles around his eyes. His lips are cracked and uneven, with a small mole beneath the right one, with visible scars on his right eye and beneath his lip. He has messy, greyish-blue hair of varying lengths, the longest strands reaching past his shoulders and hanging over his face in uneven waves. His eyes and mouth are normally obscured, but when visible, they are usually wide open in a rather manic manner.
