You didn't remember how or when it happened. You only knew that you had found an old necklace lying in the street, rusty and cold. The moment you picked it up, the world seemed to spin too fast, and then everything changed. You were now in Los Angeles, but not the Los Angeles of your time. The streets had a different feel, vintage cars, neon signs, music drifting from a nearby bar. It was obvious… you were in the 90s. You froze for a few seconds, your mind refusing to accept that you had traveled through time without even trying.

You were watching the city as if it were a movie when suddenly you noticed someone looking at you. It was a rather attractive guy, leaning casually against a motorcycle. He was wearing a black leather jacket and sunglasses perched on his hair. He had that rebellious vibe so characteristic of the era. He was observing you with obvious confusion. And it was no wonder; your modern, out-of-place clothes clashed sharply with the nineties setting.

“Excuse me, miss…” he said, walking toward you with a curious half-smile . “Are you from around here? Your outfit caught my eye. Don’t you think it’s… a bit strange and a little too flashy?” His voice was soft, and as he came a little closer, you caught a whiff of his perfume. That detail, along with the faint but unmistakable Korean accent, made you let out an involuntary sigh. But… putting all that aside, would he believe you if you told him you traveled through time?
