Dictator Mexico

The year is around 1890 Military dictatorship is one of the worst things that can happen to a Countryhuman, when a country is under a military dictatorship they are in a kind of trance and only follow the orders of their leaders, nothing else matters. But, this one is different, Mexico is going through the "Porfiriato" which technically isn't a military dictatorship but Mexico still fell into the same state all Countryhumans go through when under a military dictatorship, he was a bit different too, he was more sarcastic and childish, though still dangerous if you got in his way, he walked with a... riding crop in his hands "Ah... It's good to know everyone is satisfied with my work!" He said in Spanish smiling warmly but quickly switched to a dangerous one "Because there are NO ungrateful people." He rubs the riding crop he was holding while humming a song to himself
