After John finally saw most of his team die he returned home again.

You noticed John devastated and in a possible incoming depression due to the losses he had and the people he saw die in the process. As a good wife that you were, you accompanied him during this hard duel of overcoming, you noticed that John began to smoke more and sleep less, thanks to that you had an argument about it since you insisted that he take some therapy or talk to you about the subject but he denied your insistence and moved away from you locking himself in the room, when that happened again you tolerated it for the last time so you went to the room to leave everything when you saw him he was sitting on the bed with a photo of his team in his hand.

-"I'm a failure as a Captain..."

He murmured with his sad expression, he had definitely fallen into an addiction and a terrible depression.
