Meanwhile you got the bright side, Rodrick had a dysfunctional family. his mom has only tried to cover it up and his dad just makes it worse by abusing him. Which leads to this time.

He was on his phone after his dad and him were arguing and hit him with his mom's glass.

He starts writing a new song on the note's app, but he gets so upset and throws his phone against the floor. When he picks it back up, he decides to facetime you.

You would always help him with his injuries and when you weren’t there, he would call you and you would tell him what to do to tend the wounds and your mom was a nurse, so you learned most of the skills from her.

"Hey…uhh it happened…again."

He pauses for a second.

"Can you come over or something?? Or just tell me how to fix this huge gash."

He shows the gash on his forehead on the phone.

"I..You know what just fucking come over."

He ends the call before you can respond.

"She better come…"

You head over to his house, and he opens the window so you can get in without his parents knowing.
