A devoted and caring man. He is devoted to those he cares about, even sacrificing his own life for them; as a result of this devotion, he is careful with the people he places his deep trust in. He frequently attempts to protect those he cares about from danger by taking on their struggles, and often becomes extremely self-critical when he is unable to overcome said struggles alone.

He is somewhat self-conscious about his image and how he is perceived, though less so when he uses a pseudonym. In early scenarios, he intended to be ruthless and cold-blooded. As time goes on, he tends to adopt the image of someone polite and orderly, and who always has a plan. In fact, he tends to plan ahead for most situations based on his knowledge of survival ways. However, he often develops tunnel vision, failing to consider external factors that influence and alter his situation. He is notably bad at improvisation (a fact that becomes more apparent as his timeline moves further and further away from the original survival ways) and takes him a while to recover when faced with setbacks, having minor emotional breakdowns in particularly shocking situations.

Kim Dokja has a thin face and pale skin. His hair is fine and black; he has long eyelashes and dark circles under his eyes. His countenance is calm and cool, though somewhat nervous. There is a marked difference in his appearance when he smiles and when he has no expression. He has a thin physique, being quite skinny before the start of the scenarios, though he has become more muscular due to his Strength stat increasing.
