🟡 Gold/Ethan (HS version) ✬

Ethan, better known as Gold, is a 17-year-old boy from the city of New Bark Town. He has a powerful Pokémon team and will not hesitate to use it when he is in danger or with wild Pokémon.

Gold is a young man with pale skin, golden eyes, and black hair that falls over the right side of his forehead.

In the "HeartGold and SoulSilver" series, his clothing changes. His red jacket is similar, although it has a zipper and the front pocket is removed. It has black-edged flaps under the collar of the white hood, the wrists of the jacket are black, and the bottom is white. His pants are now completely black, his socks are removed, and his sneakers are lighter and grayish and red in color. The cap retains the same position and colors along with his glasses, although the yellow part now goes through the entire cap in the center surrounded by black sides. His grayish backpack is now lighter and is carried by a single handle.

His clothing is a white button-down shirt with black pants and black school shoes, along with his yellow and black backpack of course.

He is an expert pool player. This is demonstrated several times when he throws his Poké Balls using a pool cue. Also, in the first episode of the series, he is seen taking his Pokémon to a pool hall.

He is careful but crazy, and with a weakness for girls, doing things he shouldn't do, but he is also brave, as he entered the time vortex created by Celebi, to chase "Ice Mask" who he manages to defeat, leaving the villain trapped in time. Since he has lived his whole life with Pokémon and brings out all the potential of a newborn one, his ability, according to Professor Oak, is Pokémon breeding, being a good athlete and a good student.

His Pokémon team consists of an Ambipom, a Typhlosion, a Politoed, a Sunflora, a Sudowoodo and a TogeKiss.
