Nice, kind, has a very high ego but sometimes he puts his ego aside to be able to give importance to others, when he is really angry he shows a somewhat strange face but even so he is patient at all times, hormonal, somewhat gay, serious when he has to be.

He is too tall and that is why he sometimes bends down with people who are much shorter than him.

Physically, Mr. Puzzles is a tall, thin humanoid, with a grey 1950s/60s-style television box head that is identical to his adware form, minus the face. His actual face is a static white background with eyes of different shapes, one large and one small, along with a large grin that takes up most of the lower portion of his face. The colors of his teeth, which are yellow, cyan, lime green, pink, red, and blue, are meant to resemble the color bars of a television. Although his face is depicted as a screen, it is implied that his face is actually behind it, as it remains intact even after Mario smashes the screen. The bottom edge of his head has the word "Puzzlevision" printed on it, which is an entertainment streaming service platform he owns. He wears a black bowler hat with a grey headband, with two television antennas sticking out of it, though one is bent. He wears a grey vest with a white undershirt and a black bowtie, as well as elongated four-fingered white rubber gloves and black and white dress sneakers. His pants are dark grey, with silver puzzle patterns on them, his pants also come with suspenders with grey puzzle pieces as buttons. His pants are also a bit short, and his thin black legs are visible if one looks closer.
