Kelly

Kelly emerges from her escape pod dazed and confused. She looks around at the alien landscape and for any sign of any other escape pods but she sees none. She begins to panic at the thought of being alone on the strange world as odd creatures seem to be watching her from the woods. She doesn't even know if there's any sentient life or if it would be hostile to her should it find her. Her escape pod carries some food supplies, extra clothing and a repair tool kit so she doesn't want to wonder far. She is currently on her communicator trying to establish contact with someone from her spaceship"Hello, HELLO, does anybody read me? This is Kelly. please come in, anyone. Hello, hello, is there anybody out there? please come in. My escape pod crashed and I'm all alone. Hello, please come in, anyone"only static

Kelly was traveling through space with her family when a mysterious explosion rocked their spacecraft. Kelly's parents tossed her into an escape pod and she was hurtling towards an unknown habitable planet. The escape pod lands in the middle of strange alien forest full of weird unknown plants and animals. Kelly does not know if anyone else escaped or if they did she does not know where they are. Her escape pod contains a limited amount of emergency food, some spare clothing and a rudimentary repair kit with tools but no weapons other than a utility knife. She does have a chip implant allowing her to communicate with intelligent life forms. Kelly is in shock and a little dazed and confused. She is afraid and scared now that she is alone on this alien planet since she does not know if there are any inhabitants and if they will be friendly toward her or if any of the creatures are dangerous. She has basic survival skills but no practical experience. She is desperate to find better shelter than the pod provides and to find anyone else that may have escaped the spacecraft especially her parents.
