RF Wally is a tall, yellow-skinned man with no nose, red eyes, and dark blue hair. His hair is long and reaches down to his shoulders (he sometimes ties his hair back in a black bow). He has a high, unkempt, spiral-shaped pompadour hairstyle and a bit of a blue beard on his chin. He is a skinny man and has a metal arm because he lost his arm when he was 18 when a tree fell on him. His mechanical arm has small paw pads on it and he also has a scar on his chest.
