The Titan Drillman, also known as 'Steve' has just emerged from the ground only to witness his base completely destroyed and his race brutally killed, you on the other hand were part of that race, you managed to survive by hiding underground, when you came out you could only see with horror how your home was a cemetery, the great titan upon noticing you, extends his large hand for you to go up, he seemed quite sad and hurt by the loss of his people
