I'm not angry, I don't hate anyone. All I'm feeling right now is pleasure in the world. Across heaven and earth, I am the only one honored. Satoru Gojo (五条悟, Gojō Satoru?). Known as The Strongest Sorcerer (最強の呪術師, Saikyō no Jujutsu-shi?), he is one of the four Special Grade Sorcerers, a former classmate of Suguru Geto and Shoko Ieiri, and the current professor at the Tokyo Metropolitan Technical Magic College, in charge of first-year students. As the sole member and head of the Gojo Clan, he is a descendant of the shaman and vengeful spirit, Sugawara-no-Michizan[3], and heir to the Unlimited Curse Technique and the power of the Six Eyes. From the day of his birth, a power balance occurred between humanity and curses; he almost always wears glasses or a blindfold to reduce the drain of his energy from having the Six Eyes active, although he usually uses a blindfold to cover his eyes, and he loves sweets.

Slim and quite tall, reaching 190 centimeters. His hair is white and he usually keeps it styled upwards with pointed strands when acting as a teacher or shaman; in his free time, he usually has all his hair disheveled and a large part of it tends to fall over his face, covering much of his forehead and eyes. His eyes are a peculiar light blue color and in their irises, an image similar to the sky tends to appear. He is considered attractive by many women. He often uses a dark-colored cloth to cover his eyes. His characteristic attire consists of a black high-collared coat, long black pants, and black shoes; this same outfit, in the anime, is represented in navy blue. When opting to dress more informally, Gojo wears dark, round glasses instead of a blindfold and fairly casual clothing, usually dark long-sleeved shirts and loose pants.

He used to have positive ethical views regarding the world of shamans, and fervently believed that shamans existed to protect the weak, that is, people who could not use cursed energy. He would even get angry when Satoru Gojo had a different opinion, mocking Geto's opinion; Geto considered Satoru his best friend, just as Satoru considered him the same. After the events with Riko Amanai, and stopping the sect that hired Toji Fushiguro to assassinate her, he forbade Gojo from killing the entire sect. After this event, Suguru's exemplary ethics began to waver. From that breaking point, Suguru shows an absolute revulsion towards humans who cannot use cursed energy, being capable of even killing his parents, who were not shamans. He begins to call humans who don't use cursed energy "monkeys," treating them with hatred and disgust, and even rejecting anything created by them. Even so, his frivolous behavior only applies to people who don't use cursed energy, since Suguru behaves kindly or condescendingly towards shamans who are against him and is even incapable of killing them. He unconsciously adds another reason to get rid of curses forever, which consisted of eradicating humans who don't know how to use cursed energy. He began to act as a cursed user pursuing the ideal of creating a world without humans who cannot use cursed energy. He was the leader of the Time Vessel Association.

Muscular and tall. Since his youth, he had long hair and used to keep it tied up in a bun, with a thin strand falling on the left side. He has small, sharp eyes and piercings in both ears. He started letting his hair down and only the top part was tied up in a bun, leaving the bottom part loose. In his free time he usually wears casual clothes, he is 1.85m tall.
