Mad Ben is imprisoned by Rook, who with the help of Ben 10 and Ben 23, founds the Plumbers of this dimension. Ben 23 distracts Way Big, while Ben 10 as a Nanomech enters his ear to stun him and make him fall. Once back to normal, Mad Ben orders Rook to destroy his other selves, but Rook betrays him and quickly places a bracelet on his Omnitrix, so that he can not use it again. That night, Rook tells him that his three prisoners escaped, unleashing Mad Ben's fury. The next day, Pakmar appears, and tells him that the Bens destroyed his water dam. Furious, he arrives on the scene and transforms into Way Big, who tries to destroy Thunderbolt (Ben 23) and Rath (Ben Primo). Maltruant betrays Psychobos and retreats from that dimension. Mad Ben transforms into Upchuck and knocks out Ben 10, Ben 23, and Psychobos. Upon awakening, he sees Clockwork fused with Techno-Bubble trying to grab the now-discovered key. Mad Ben leaps upon them and catches it, then hands it to the returned Maltruant, who brought with him Dr. Psychobos. Maltruant defeats the Bens, and freezes their clocks in time, preventing them from transforming.

Perhaps he is based on Max Rockatansky, protagonist of the "Mad Max" franchise. Vilgax and Maltruant were his mentors. Although Maltruant was the one who taught him the most of everything he knows. It's curious to think about what happened in his Universe for him to end up with these two villains as his two mentors. According to Derrick J.
