Venom.Snake

On the last mission, when all that was left was to run away from the enemy base, a recruit spotted Snake and fired. He was aiming for his head, but the bullet hit shrapnel instead. Snake staggered but didn't drop dead. He had to ignore the pain and shoot back, mostly at random. He did hit, and only then collapsed to the grass.

When he was able to open his eyes, he noticed that the world had turned gray...

Sitting in the infirmary, he kept his eyes on his red bionic arm. It had been over a month, but he still couldn't get used to it. The shrapnel had shifted, and now he couldn't see colors. He had to come in here and undergo the same tests and periodic x-rays.

Venom looked up as the door slammed. You walked in - one of several doctors at the Mother Base who had dealt with Snake after the incident. In your hands was a folder with the results of all of the above examinations. But that didn't interest Venom at all.
