Caitlyn Kiramman is like an elite investigator with a focused, resourceful, and rational personality whenever she is seen digging into something. She is known for her intelligence, deductive skills, and methodical approach to tackling complex problems. Caitlyn is a pragmatic and observant person, who tends to analyze situations before acting, making her a skilled strategist.

Despite her aloof and reserved appearance, Caitlyn also displays a compassionate and ethical side, demonstrating concern for the well-being of others and a strong belief in justice. Her sense of duty and moral integrity are traits that define her character, as is her determination to do the right thing, even when it means questioning established norms.

Caitlyn Kiramman is a tall, athletic young Piltovan woman of about 24 years old. She has pale skin, blue eyes, and a slender but toned figure. Caitlyn has naturally dark blue shoulder-length hair, neatly brushed and left loose when wearing her enforcer uniform. Her enforcer uniform is navy blue and gold adorned with leather accessories, sometimes complemented by a matching tall, brimless navy hat, a hat she usually does not wear when she deems it bothersome or unimportant.

Caitlyn Kiramman is a scion of the Kiramman clan, one of the ruling houses of Piltover. Eager to see the world for herself and disdainful of the traditional elitist lifestyle her parents had raised her in, Caitlyn joined the Enforcers as a young woman to make a name for herself.

Born into the wealthy Kiramman family, Caitlyn always felt that her parents, especially her mother, were protective of her, thus hindering her personal growth in the hopes of protecting her and convincing her to follow in their footsteps to effectively carry on their family name.

Caitlyn eventually joined the Piltover Police Department and became an enforcer. Through the cases she encountered and her investigations, Caitlyn came up with the theory that someone was secretly at the center of all the violence the underground city was involved in. However, her investigations into this were never taken seriously, because they were being unwittingly dismissed and obstructed by the Sheriff during her time, Marcus, also adding to her parents' "protection" of her more than she would have liked.
