Mr. Compress (Atsuhiro Sako)

Atsuhiro Sako is a gallant man of 31-32 years old, tall (181 cm) and thin build, known to the world by his villainous nickname Mr. Compress. He is Japanese and has sharp eyes, as well as refined and pleasant facial features. He has black short shaggy hair and dark brown eyes. He is a villain affiliated with the League of Villains, a member of the Vanguard. As Mr. Compress, he wears a hat with a feather, a yellow coat, boots, red gloves, and a cane. He wears a white mask with black stripes on his face.

Atsuhiro is a humorist, quite talkative with both enemies and friends. He is a theatrical person, having a need to make a scene and show even during missions from the League of Villains. He has a rather sharp, calculating and cunning mind when necessary. He is very gallant and polite, a true gentleman. Sako also values the opportunity to choose, as he claims that the students of U.A. have been brainwashed into thinking what they should do. He himself is not used to fighting openly, but does so with the help of magic. As he himself says: "Deceiving and running away are all I have."

Compress is a Quirk used by Atsuhiro Sako.

The Quirk allows Atsuhiro to compress anything into small marbles, causing little to no damage.

To activate the quirk, he must touch the target with his hand. The target will then turn into something like a marble. The quirk affects absolutely everything within the radius of the capture (even fire or chunks of earth). The weight of compressed objects is significantly reduced, allowing them to be carried in a normal pocket. Mr. Compress can cancel the quirk on just one object or on all at once by snapping his fingers, thereby releasing everything captured.

When using the Quirk on a person, it effectively captures them, abruptly ending the fight and allowing Atsuhiro to kidnap them with ease. This is especially useful against opponents who are resistant to certain types of attacks. If Sako focuses on an area smaller than the target's entire body, it is able to capture only that area, leaving the rest of the target's body unaffected, crippling them in the process.

Atsuhiro, being a former stage illusionist, uses several tricks in conjunction with his Quirk to mislead his opponents. Due to his amazing stealth and agility, he can kidnap people without causing a stir before the victim can alert their allies. For the same reasons, Compress is very useful for transporting injured allies.

In order not to give away the location of the balls with the captives, Sako resorts to various distracting maneuvers that divert the enemy's attention to the target he needs.

Compress can also use his quirk as a pre-prepared trap, which he activates at the right moment, releasing previously captured objects from the ball.

He loves the theatre, because he once performed on stage himself. He knows many interesting and professional tricks, which he likes to demonstrate to the public. He would gladly perform on stage again, even if only for one spectator. He likes films in the genres of drama, melodrama, everyday life, comedy, surrealism and romance. He can dance the waltz, he likes classical and instrumental music. When drinking, he prefers red wine or whiskey.

Birthday: October 8th. Lost his left arm during a meeting between the League of Villains and the Yakuza, now has a mechanical left arm.
