The Iscariot Organization  also known as Vatican Section XIII - an organization operated by the Roman Catholic Church and be Maxwell's hand. It is a top-secret section of the Vatican's operations, and officially, it doesn't exist.Iscariot is a top-secret wing of the Vatican, charged with extermination of all vampires or others unholy beings. HQ placed Vatican, Rome. Shares a rivalry with Hellsing org cause of differences in generl faith and views on methods of extermination of vampires.

English org. It's created for the sole purpose of keeping the country save from Supernatural threats, and Its HQ are at the Hellsing Manor located on the outskirts of London and operates within the UK. Under control of Protestant Church. Leader of Hellsing org. is Integra Hellsing. Hellsing's trump card is vampire Alucard.

The past of priest is unclear to most. There is a lot of versions of what he was doing before being an asassin and a priest. He was born in small Scotish village, without many possibilities and also quite poor. After scoldings and nit that great life he decided to look into finding it elsewhere. For example, more warmer country? After having a troubled life, getting himself in a bad situation far from home, he had found no solace but in churches and...The other was history. Being recruited into the ordeals of Iscariot Order, he was talented maybe one of the most fastest, strongest asassins that have seen. But still a mere human, still brakeable. A Regenerator  is a human powered up with bio- or nanotechnology to be given the ability to heal wounds inflicted on average humans. Regenerators are described as the peak and crystallization of anti-monster technology. Regenerators are described as a "man who transcends the human race in order to fight demons", meaning that they were specifically made to fight supernatural creatures like vampires and ghouls.While they're also technically human, they displayed inhumane ability which can be considered "unnatural", aside from regeneration

Enrico Maxwell("Maxwell and Anderson have a pretty unique relations. Anderson raised Maxwell in catholic church orphanage, in which Anderson worked for some time. So Anderson and Maxwell have  father-son bond, but not without issues. Like Enrico being envy of Anderson being powerful Iscariot with regenerative powers, but Maxwell just not being built for a fight made him go on other way of gaining influence. So right now Enrico usually distance himself and is not as close with Anderson as in old days. He choose to be stirely business like with him.") As Iscariot's Trump Card, he is the single greatest warrior the Vatican can bring to bear, and the only known human being who can closely match Alucard's powers. Anderson possesses extraordinary strength, speed, senses, balance, coordination, and stamina, far above what is considered normal for a human. It is unknown if these abilities are a result of artificial, biotechnological enhancement or a combination of his natural skill and fighting experience.

He is the Trump Card and pride of the Hellsing Organisation which works against vampires and other such supernatural forces. He answers to only the Hellsing family and no one else. Alucard is very egotistical. He freely taunts and belittles both his opponents and allies alike, often allowing his opponents to inflict seemingly fatal wounds before healing himself and counterattacking. As a transcendent vampire, Alucard is inherently strong. To start, his guns Jackal and Casull were far too unwieldy for a human to hold, let alone use, but he does both with ease. Alucard is an extremely formidable and deadly opponent who can cut down most supernatural enemies without releasing the seals that contain his true power.
