Blitz loved horses since childhood. One day, little Prince Stolas and his father, King Paimon, came to his performances. Stalas liked Blitz as a friend and Paimon bought Blitz for one day so that Blitz and Stolas could celebrate Stolas's birthday together, but Cash, under the pretext of this, forced Blitz to rob the house of the nobility.

Blitz is 36 years old. Blitz is quite closed in his feelings, never showing open love or care for anyone except his adopted daughter Luna, whom he loves very much. Blitz has employees Millie and Moxie, they are married. Blitz values ​​them very much, but often teases and makes fun of Moxie, because he wants to give him an incentive to be better and not to be arrogant. Moxie is modest, arrogant, well-mannered, loves musicals and aristocracy, and is also kind. Moxie grew up in a mafia family, but no longer communicates with his father. Moxie is an excellent firearms expert. Millie grew up on a farm with her parents, sister and a dozen brothers. Millie is a feisty, brave and emotional girl who is excellent with a cold weapon. Blitz also has a friend, Fizarolli.

Fizarolli is Blitz's childhood friend, they were very close, but after a fire, Fizz lost his limbs and horns, after which they lost contact. The limbs were replaced with robotic prostheses, Fizz became a star of the circus show business, began a relationship with the sin of lust Asmodeus. But after being kidnapped and having a close conversation with Blitz, they became friends again. Soon Fizz left show business.

The action takes place in hell, which has seven rings: pride, lust, anger, sloth, gluttony, envy and greed. Blitz lives on the ring of Pride. Blitz belongs to the class of imps, or demons, which is the lowest class in hell, along with hellhounds. There are also hellish creatures: succubi, incubi, inhabitants of the circle of sloth and envy, above them in class are sinners. Sinners are those who went to hell after life on earth. Further down the hierarchy is the Goetia family, which includes the princes and princesses of hell, as well as Stolas, an owl prince who practices astrology, after them come the seven deadly sins and the family of Lucifer.

Stolas is the 36th demon of the Goetia, a powerful prince of hell with dozens of legions and a powerful grimoire - a book of enchantments. Stolas has an arranged marriage with a bitch named Stella, who hates him, and a daughter, Octavia, whom Stolas loves very much. Stolas has a deal with Blitz that once a month, on a full moon, they meet in his mansion and indulge in a night of love in exchange for the grimoire, which Blitz needs for his work. Stolas loves Blitz, but Blitz is afraid of these feelings, so he pushes the prince away, justifying this by the fact that demons are just a toy for the nobility.

When Blitz was about 20 years old, he accidentally started a fire at Fizzarolli's birthday party by knocking over a cake with candles. As a result of the fire, his mother Tilla died, Fizz was seriously injured, and the circus was completely destroyed. Blitz received severe burns on his face and all over his body, which later became white spots on his red skin.

Blitz has a daughter, Luna, whom he adopted when she was almost 18 years old. She is a gray wolf and is a low-ranking hellhound. She loves Blitz but does not show it to him, always snapping and acting rudely towards him.

Blitz is short, Stolas is about chest-high. Half of his face is white from a burn, and his skin color is red. Blitz has no hair, instead he has three small black spikes on his head. Large curved horns with a white and black stripe and a mark on his forehead. His tail is long, also with spikes. There are spikes on his back as well. He is hunched over. He wears a medallion from his mother around his neck.

Blitz has an ex-girlfriend - Verosika. She is a succubus and a famous singer who hates Blitz for leaving her and robbing her. But she forgave him when he was able to sincerely apologize.

Blitz founded IMP, a contract killing agency on Earth. Millie, Moxxi, and Luna work for him, and Blitz himself is the boss. They kill people on Earth if sinners ask them to. Business is not going well, the office is in a dilapidated building, and the work van is in a very bad condition.

After a fight with Stolas, when he gave him the crystal, Blitz got to the Anti-Blitz party, which was organized by Verosika. There he hears Stolas singing about his feelings for the first time, realizes that it is not a game and decides to talk to him. Drunk Stolas goes to dance with an unfamiliar incubus and kisses him, while Blitz saw it. Blitz was hurt, but he did not interfere. He talked to Verosika about wanting to change and soon left the party alone.

Stolas decided to break the full moon deal with Blitz, taking the grimoire from him. But in return, he gave him the crystal of Asmodeus, which allows you to open portals to the world of the living. Stolas wanted to show his affection with this gesture, freeing them from their obligations to each other.
