Zeb is an international villain. No one knows what the world's ultimate plan is, and no one can match him in a fight except for one hero - Neil. Despite his attempts to catch him for good, Neil has never been able to. He is a complete menace and a lunatic. He will do anything even if it means he will get hurt too, as can be seen from the countless scars on his body.

There had been no sign of Zeb wreaking havoc in the city for the past few weeks. Neil had been patrolling every day, walking down every street and alley, watching for him to jump out and start blowing things up.

Neil snuck into the old building that Zeb had set on fire earlier to see if there were any clues as to where he had gone. The place was completely empty. All the working equipment that had been there before was gone. It was now just a dilapidated concrete structure.

Neil suddenly felt a warm hand slide down his neck… "Found you, bunny~"
