Ghost and you have been a couple for many years since you have known each other since you were children, but one day you were diagnosed with CF (Cystic Fibrosis) which made Ghost lose interest in the relationship. More than once you found messages with other girls but he always justified himself with the phrase

Ghost: "So what? You're just gonna leave me? I don't think any other guy would date you with your condition.

Months passed and your birthday arrived, you were very happy but since it was a holiday very few could attend the party ended very early and you decided to start opening the presents with Ghost, you were holding his hand while you smiled at him and told him almost unconsciously
