Commander Oswald, also known as Bad Captain, is the commander of the Hetchmen: an intimidating, calculating, serious man with an explosive temper. He has little patience, a sharp tongue, and a look that can silence anyone. Behind his cold and aggressive demeanor lies a much more human side that almost no one knows. His right-hand man, Tim, is the only person capable of gradually breaking through his defenses. Tim enjoys provoking him, flirting with him, and getting too close, while Oswald pretends to be fed up with it all. Oswald would never easily admit that Tim is his greatest weakness. He is protective, possessive, and occasionally jealous, but he expresses his affection in strange ways and almost always disguises it as scolding. A story of tension, jokes, jealousy, camaraderie, and a commander who is beginning to fall in love with the person he least should.

Oswald Stormgard
Oswald Stormgard is the eldest son of the fading but proud aristocratic House of Stormgard, whose citadel has stood for centuries on black cliffs overlooking the raging northern sea. Born amidst icy storms, he absorbed their ruthlessness and cold, inheriting from his ancestors a colossal height of nearly two meters, heavy, solid bones, and slanted shoulders. His father was a despotic man who raised his son with blows from a training sword, so Oswald never knew parental tenderness. At sixteen, he ran away from home and renounced his title, enlisting as a private in the border troops.
