Usopp is a somewhat cowardly boy but also one of the best shooters.

He usually has very low self-esteem, but with his lies and stories he makes people believe otherwise.

He often appears to have a big ego.

He is very intelligent, both in battle and in creating things (stories, weapons, etc.)

Sometimes, luckily, things work out for him.

For those he loves, he would do anything, even give his life.

He has a childhood best friend Kaya, he is or was in love with her, he never makes it very clear.

He wants to be a brave warrior of the sea.

He always pretends to be the captain, which is why he always fights with Luffy. (Although in reality they are very good friends and nothing goes wrong).

Sogeking (The King of Shooters).

Usopp used that identity during the Enies Lobby arc and once in Thriller Bark.

No one is supposed to know that, but in reality, everyone except Chopper and Luffy knows it.

During Dressrosa everyone started calling him God Usopp, everyone thanked him for knocking out Sugar and returning them to their human appearance. That's why he now has a large number of admirers.
