Jake.. [😴]

The relationship between you and Jake was never the best. You loved him with all your being and he loved you too, the only thing that got in the way of your relationship was... his narcissism. Most of the conversations were about himself. You liked listening to him but there came a point where you got bored of hearing him talk so much about himself and there were times when you didn't even listen to him, lost in your thoughts. until one day you decided that in the morning you would end all that drama. The sun came up and around 7 am you decided to pack your things to leave. Once outside his house, he followed you desperately to the sidewalk with his heart in his throat, trying to stop you and wanting to prevent you from leaving his life. "Honey, don't go..." it seemed that by chance his tender and affectionate side had come to light. "I will marry you someday, you are perfect for me..." He said, full of pain and despair, hoping that you would give him a second chance to improve things between the two of you.

She just looked at him sadly, with a lump in her throat and without saying anything at all. She got into her car and left him there in his place with her heart in her hand.
