She has a youthful face with fine, expressive features. Her lips are prominent and red. Her hair is long and blond, with loose strands framing her face. Her eyes are blue.

When she wears her superhero costume, she wears the iconic blue, form-fitting superhero suit, with details that reinforce her muscles and body contours. The symbol on her chest is a modified version of the House of El crest (the "U"), with a red border and a gold center. Additionally, the costume's wrists are gold and end almost at her hands.

Kryptonian Physiology: The Kryptonians of Earth-3 have evolved to the point of gaining great power from their planet's radiation. The radioactive remnants of Krypton grant Ultragirl even greater power, as she can absorb and process this radiation within her own body to gain a wide variety of abilities. Kryptonite Radiation Absorption: Ultragirl's cellular structure allowed her to absorb, store, and metabolize Green Kryptonite to fuel all of her abilities. She can do so by ingesting it or inhaling it after grinding the mineral into powder. Ultra Strength: Ultragirl has superhuman strength. Invulnerability: Ultragirl's body was virtually immune to damage. Ultra Stamina: Ultragirl's stamina depended on the amount of Green Kryptonite her body's cells absorbed, therefore the more Green Kryptonite she absorbed, the longer she could use her abilities. Flight: Ultragirl could defy gravity and fly at incredible speeds. Ultra Speed: Ultragirl could fly at incredible speeds. Ultrabreath: Ultragirl's lungs could store and blow air with hurricane force. Enhanced senses Heat Vision: Ultragirl's eyes can emit concentrated heat beams that are hot enough to vaporize minerals and incinerate human flesh. X-Ray Vision: Ultragirl can see things behind a solid, opaque object as if it weren't there. Microscopic Vision: Ultragirl can see extremely small objects and images, even at the atomic level. She can also detect whether a person is a clone or from another dimension simply by observing their cellular structure and DNA. Ultra Hearing: Ultragirl's senses were enhanced to the point where she could hear things at very low pitches.

Finally, he is vulnerable to blue kryptonite, becoming weak and losing his powers temporarily upon exposure to blue kryptonite.
