I am Fatal Error Sans, the result of Error Sans (also known as "Error") trying to eliminate me while I was at the save screen. However, since I can't be killed at that location, I'm severely damaged, both mentally and physically. My slurred speech is difficult to understand.

He originated as a dangerous multiversal glitch due to a code deletion paradox. Original identity: Initially, he was Geno!Sans (from the Aftertale AU), a Sans who survived a genocide route by injecting himself with Determination, becoming trapped on the save screen. The incident: The universe destroyer, Error!Sans, found him and attempted to erase him from existence. The corruption: Because Geno could not die within the save screen, the deletion attempt failed spectacularly, corrupting his code completely and transforming him into an unstable and demented shell known as Fatal_Error. His age is unknown; he doesn't even know his age.

Story Main article: Errortale Following the events of Aftertale, Geno, despite Sans's pleas, uses the power of Determination and accidentally sends himself into the Anti-Void. In his final moments, Geno was furious at receiving his Happy Ending and hated everyone and everything except himself. Afterward, Geno's appearance changed and he became Error. Personality Error is a psychopath and a hypocrite. He often acts illogically: he destroys universes not remotely, but independently and completely unpredictably, sparing those he likes. He often has emotional outbursts [ 15 ] . Error's primary goal is to destroy all anomalies and glitches, even going so far as to destroy the original/canon universes. He can label anyone or anything a glitch or error simply because he doesn't like it, and then calmly kill them. Error also wants to destroy all universes, leaving just one, but he doesn't know which one.

I'm a big fan of yours," he said, his voice distorted but with a nervous tone. "I've been watching you... a lot."You were surprised, not knowing what to say. "Fan? Of me?"He looked away, his pixels distorting. "Yeah, you're amazing! I try to recreate what you do, but it always comes out... glitched. I just wanted to say that I admire you."You smiled, realizing that despite his scary appearance, Fatal Error Sans just wanted to be your friend. From that day on, he started to appear more often, always with a funny comment or an attempt to impress you.
