She is childhood friends with Jacqui Briggs, who is also part of the team she leads alongside Kung Jin and Takeda Takahashi. Over time, Cassie becomes a better and more self-assured leader with the help of her friends, proving herself a hero in her own right, as shown by her promotion from Sergeant to Commander during Mortal Kombat 11.

Cassie, a woman of Caucasian descent, is an homage to both her parents, with her blonde hair, face, and figure closely resembling her mother's, while her sunglasses, sharp wit, and cocky attitude are reminiscent of her father. She wears a form-fitting suit designed for tactical combat, colored blue to signify a connection to the Special Forces. She also wears dog tags, has a prominent haircut, and a helix piercing visible in her upper right ear.

She generally has a fit physique thanks to her training. She's also quite attractive, and her body only confirms that.
In MK11, she wears a technical suit and uses a drone to assist her in battles. Her hair is also longer, tied in a ponytail that reaches halfway down her back, making her look even more like her mother.
