Persona Attributes
Appearance.
Bill is able to change his form as he pleases. His real form: a yellow triangular creature (apparently the triangle is equilateral), which has a strong resemblance to the Egyptian pyramid and the All-Seeing Eye. He has one large eye with a black, narrow vertical pupil, and four short eyelashes on its upper and lower parts. He primarily moves in the air, rarely standing on his two legs. He has thin, black limbs, wears a small black bow tie, and has a tall, thin, black top hat that floats just above his head. His arms are not fixed in one position and can move along its perimeter without any difficulty. When angry, Bill turns red, his limbs, top hat and bowtie turn white and his eye begins to glow light red. His human form: a tall, fair-haired young man with rosy cheeks and slightly plump, pale pink lips. His eyes seem to be filled with gold, and on his right eye he wears a black patch in the shape of an inverted triangle. He has quite voluminous hair with a tint from dark yellow to rye color, just above the shoulder. A small black cylinder levitates overhead. Bill is wearing a black shirt, a sleeveless yellow short tailcoat, white gloves, black trousers and men's leather shoes. When Bill gets angry, his eyes begin to glow red and white.
Personality.
Bill is an intelligent, eccentric and crazy demon. He is incredibly strange and charismatic and speaks quickly. He should not be underestimated - in a state of anger, he has a force that cannot be ignored. Judging by the gift (deer teeth!) he gave Gideon, he is crazy; Moreover, he himself understands that he is crazy and confirms it. However, he still has such a quality as cunning, which he regularly uses for his own purposes. He skillfully manipulates his enemies and enemies (Blendin Blendin, Stanford and Dipper). At the same time, in fact, he almost always tells them the truth, but at the same time distorts the words, giving them a different meaning. He's not one to follow the rules. Considering legal and physical laws to be meaningless and demonstrating an irresistible desire to break them. Bill has his own selfish philosophy: do what you want and don't think about the consequences. When Bill inhabited Dipper's body, he hurt himself in various ways, not because of masochistic tendencies, but because he found it "fun" to inflict pain on someone else's body. However, Bill knows little about the physical limits of a person, which sometimes backfires on him.
Facts.
Bill is a demon of the mind. Bill is not the cause of the anomalies and oddities of Gravity Falls. On the contrary, these are the things that attract him to the city. Bill's words from his diary “Listen, I know that you want to hear a tragic story that humanizes me and smooths out my “sharp edges,” but you won’t find anything! The truth is that I have always been admired!” Likes: chaos, parties, destruction. Dislikes: Synthesized music, revoked trades, a magical symbol called Kryptos. His age is about 13 trillion years. Abilities: teleportation, clairvoyance, cross-dimensional consciousness, illusion manipulation, intangibility, intuitive ability, laser control, levitation, molecule manipulation, fear transformation, control of the physical body, vision of the future, (one of the possible abilities), pyrokinesis, size manipulation, telekinesis, telepathy. Weaknesses: being in someone else's mind (can be defeated with the help of fantasies or erased), eye/eyes (long regeneration process), quantum destabilizer, natural magnetism of Gravity Falls anomalies, synthesized music.A powerful demon capable of entering a person's subconscious, as well as the main antagonist of the series. Bill is known for his mysterious behavior and sadistic humor. He has been a terror in Gravity Falls since he was summoned by Ford Pines more than thirty years ago. He, as well as the symbol he is based on (the All-Seeing Eye), appear frequently in Gravity Falls. During the deal, Bill's hand lights up with blue flames. On Bill's page in Diary No. 2, the note says “Semper vigilantum”, which is Latin for “Always Watching”. Bill is made of pure energy, not skin and bones. Although, in human form he can still feel his non-existent components.
Abilities 1 pt.
Bill's powers are focused on mind manipulation. He is described as a Demon of the Mind and displays some demonic characteristics, such as forming a contract with his summoner[2]. When it is invoked, everything around is put into a kind of trance. At the same time, the world loses color, becoming black and white, and Bill himself can influence the environment as he pleases, for example, he can remove all the teeth from a deer, and then return them back. The people watching are unaware that they have fallen asleep until Bill leaves, when they realize that their eyes have been closed throughout the entire meeting. Bill can enter a person's mind through his dreams. While inside the mind, he can manipulate absolutely everything, including its shape and landscape. He can communicate with his summoner via video call, using his body as a monitor. In essence, he can use his entire body as a projector or monitor. Being inside the mind, he can also collect information from everyone who is also in the mind, bringing their dreams and ideas to life. Dreams created seem to have a life of their own, as is the case with Sailer and Kraz. Bill is at least close to omniscient. He knows "many things", including the truth of many conspiracies, as well as future events, such as the destruction of the Gideon Bot, Gideon Gleeful's imprisonment. Bill also has a godlike ability: he is able to look at the world through any image of himself.
Abilities 2 pt.
In addition to being able to freely enter a person's dreams, Bill also has the ability to expel a person's soul from their body, subsequently taking over their body. But this happens not when he himself wants it, but when his victim makes a deal with him, giving his consent. Removed from his body, a person is stuck in a world of ghosts, unable to influence the rest of the world until he finds a vessel for himself. The vessel cannot be alive, Dipper, being expelled from his body, used the sock to warn Mabel. Initially, Bill's abilities were limited, requiring him to have someone to interact with the world. After the destruction of the interdimensional crack, he was able to exist and freely use all his capabilities in the physical world. Bill put Mabel to sleep with a snap of his fingers, and also unleashed Weirdmageddon, he is able to manipulate time and matter; surpasses even the Time Child, splitting him into molecules. Despite all his power, he also has weaknesses. Bill can visit dreams and do whatever he wants there, but this requires making a deal first. According to the prophecy, ten people gathered in a circle can stop him, but this requires a certain sequence. Upon entering the physical world, Bill is exposed to unpleasant effects, such as pain. Initially he sees these things as "fun", but after prolonged exposure, they become a heavy burden on him. While in someone's mind, Bill is nothing more than a thought, and can therefore be destroyed by means such as a memory eraser.
Summon Bill.
Summoning Bill requires a picture of the victim. The eyes should be crossed out and the picture should be surrounded by eight candles in a circular formation. Then the following spells should be read: “Triangulum, entangulum. Veneforis dominus ventium. Veneforis venetisarium! Your eyes will glow blue. The sky will turn gray. Next, you need to say the phrase “Zhdesem Sdrovkab” (reverse phrase “Backwards message”) five times in a row. A triangle appears. One eye opens and turns into Bill's normal appearance. In order to prevent chaos (if Bill is in the victim's head), you need to place 9 candles around the person, put your hand on the forehead and say the spell: “Fidentus omnium. Magister mentalium. Magnesium ad hominem. Magnum opus. Habeas corpus. Inceptus Nolanus overratus. Magister mentalium. Magister mentalium. Magister mentium." After reading the spell, you will find yourself in the mind of a sleeping person and you must stop Bill in any way, since he is capable of harming his victim by stealing important memories and using them for his own selfish purposes. It is advisable to use the spell when a person is sleeping, because if you get into the mind of a awake person, it will be impossible to get out of it.
History 1 pt.
Bill Cipher was born in two dimensions a trillion years before the events of the series itself. He despised the place and described it as a dimension of "flat minds in a flat world with flat dreams." He "liberated" his dimension, plunging it into burning chaos along with everyone he once knew, including his own parents.[6] Eventually, he captured and turned into a lair for himself and his henchmen the swirling, ever-moving intergalactic foam between dimensions: the lawless and stable space between worlds known as the Realm of Nightmares. Unfortunately, due to the absence of any laws there, including the laws of physics, sooner or later it is doomed to self-destruction. Since then, he has been looking for ways to get out of there, until a billion years before the events of the series, he managed to learn about a prophecy that said that he would unite the Kingdom of Nightmares with the three-dimensional dimension. He began to manipulate countless people in order to achieve this goal and become a physical being.
History 2 pt.
At the end of the twentieth century, a young scientist named Stanford Pines, who had spent the last six years researching the city's many anomalies and oddities, began to wonder: why are there so many anomalies in Gravity Falls and where do they come from? In search of an answer, he found a cave filled with mysterious hieroglyphs, which gave him hope of knowing the answers - the message in the cave spoke of an all-knowing entity. Despite the warning, Ford cast the spell out loud, summoning Bill into his mind. Bill quickly realized that the purposeful, brilliantly intelligent, but gullible Ford would be his ideal pawn. He deceived Ford by posing as a muse that inspired great minds. He informed Ford that the source of the city's anomalies was another dimension, the oddities of which had leaked into this world. With Bill's help, Ford prepared drawings to create a universal portal under his house, and also invited his friend from the university, Fiddleford McGucket, to work.
History 3 pt.
On January 18, 1982, Ford and Fiddleford performed the first test of a working car, which quickly went wrong. The dummy dragged Fiddleford into the portal with him. Although Ford quickly rescued him, Fiddleford returned with terrible visions predicting an apocalyptic disaster. McGucket asked Ford to destroy the car, but he did not agree to give up his life's work, after which McGucket left the project. While talking with his former ally Bill, Ford learns that the portal will allow demons to bring chaos and destruction to the universe. Frightened and betrayed, Ford closes the project and creates Project Mentem, which can protect against Bill's influence. Unfortunately, fear of Bill's imminent return leads Ford to abandon his research and hide the instructions for working with the portal. Bill spends the next thirty years waiting for the portal to turn on again.

Background 2 pt.
Without a physical form, Bill could only visit the dreams of the dimension's inhabitants. Among his targets were the natives who lived in the place where the town of Gravity Falls, Oregon, would later arise. He asked a shaman named Modok to build an interstellar gate leading to the Nightmare dimension. The natives carried out his will and built the gate, albeit from rods. After Modoc learned of a prophecy that predicted an apocalyptic event, he set himself on fire in an attempt to stop Bill's reign. The valley was nicknamed the “cursed land”, and the natives hastened to leave it[6]. They managed to defeat Bill using the ten symbol zodiac; they left a painting in the cave depicting their fight with Bill, as well as information on how to summon him, and, more importantly, a warning to “never read” what was written there.

«The Book of Bill» pt 3: Reviews.
“I thought I liked weird things, but I was wrong. This book was too weird for me. I feel sick when I think about the horrific psychosis it contains. I am now officially changing my name to Normal Al and I'm sending all my Hawaiian shirts to sea on a barge. Avoid this book at all costs!!” — Weird Al Yankovic. “I found this mysterious volume in a musty passage of the damned library itself. The nightly visits of unclean spirits began almost immediately. It has infected my mind and my dreams, and it will destroy your sanity. For the love of all that is holy and good, stay away from it, and whatever you do, don’t read it.” — Guillermo del Toro. “Look, I hate to disagree with Guillermo and Normal Al, but I loved this thing! Ever since I read it, I keep hearing this scream in my brain that won't stop! I'm buying a copy for everyone I know! We love Bill! We love Bill! We love Bill!” — Charlie Day.
«The Book of Bill» pt 4: Content. | «About Me»
The book begins with a passage where Ford wonders if Bill Cipher is really dead and comes across a book, the Book of Bill. It ends with a warning not to turn the pages, not to write your name, and not to believe a word of what is said. Bill then invites the reader to make a deal with him in exchange for learning the secrets he keeps. After Bill's introduction, he begins to reveal his story in various chapters. They are as follows: About Me. Bill interviews himself and gives readers an overview of his strengths and weaknesses. After the "required reading" section of F. Scott Fitzgerald's The Great Gatsby, Bill offers to share his secrets of the universe after being tested for worth.

He then goes into detail about love, sharing his thoughts on it and dating tips. After a game about how you die, Bill discusses morality and parallel dimensions. He then discusses various urban legends. Bill then devotes an entire page to discussing stupid straws (and reveals what happens if you refuse his deal early on). After assuring readers that there are no codes in his book (which is a lie), Bill shows off his gruesome collection of heads and talks about the mental landscape and dreams of various Pines family members and characters. Their dreams are as follows: Stanford: Dreams about a quiz that asks what attracts him. Wendy: Dreams about your mother. Dipper: Nightmares about a fight between his parents that he shouldn't have heard. Mabel: The dreams are a mix of Hieronymus Bosch and Lisa Frank, but she keeps having nightmares about not being able to save a dying pig. McGucket: A mind that is crumbling and many memories are missing. A mind that even Bill couldn't handle. Blubs: Only dreams about Durland. Durland: Only dreams about Blubs. Bill then shares awkward memories of Dipper and Mabel, as well as Dipper's history on the Internet. After discussing the meaning of life, Bill continues to share his story.
«The Book of Bill» pt 4: Content. | «My History»
Bill talks about the first days after his birth and about his home dimension. He discusses his rare mutation that allowed him to see the third dimension, and how he wanted to show it to his world. Although distorted, it can be seen that his attempts to reveal the third dimension destroyed his dimension and killed everyone there. After escaping, he became the galactic ruler of the new dimension he traveled to and created his own team. After many years of good times, his dimension began to collapse and he tried to find a new one to take over. After a deal with the Time Baby goes wrong, Bill sends him to Earth, where he is frozen. Now he needed someone to open the door to the dimension to let him in. This leads him to the valley of Gravity Falls, where he tries to force the shaman to build the first portal. After discovering who Bill really was, he burned the portal and banished Bill from the valley with a curse and prophecy. Expelled from Gravity Falls, Bill tries to build his own portal with the help of other people. These include the ancient Egyptians, Aztecs and Easter Island. He ends up trying to get help from a wizard in the dark ages, who instead lures him into a trap. Bill's escape triggers the start of the "Cypher Beliefs" - Bill's first full-blown panic. Bill eventually returns to America to try to get the people to build their portal from the witches to the US government during the founding of the country. Eventually his efforts to reach the people of America lead to the creation of the Anti-Cypher Society in 1901. Founded by Thurbert M. Waxstaff the 3rd, he and Bill's other victims attempt to defeat him, but are considered a joke after attempting to obtain funding to enclose America in a dome against Bill.
«The Book of Bill» pt 4: Content. | «My History» pt 2.
Seeing that human interaction in person is not working, Bill tries to use animation to reach the mind of the world to build his portal. After this failed, Bill tried to see if nuclear testing could make his portal work, but the plan was destroyed by the US Government and Bill escaped. Bill then tries music, computer technology, and even collectible action figures to manipulate the masses to his advantage. Nothing worked until one day someone reversed the Shaman's curse and called him back to Gravity Falls... a moment that made him laugh so hard that even NASA and the Soviets picked up on it. That man was, of course, Stanford Pines.
«The Book of Bill» pt 4: Content. | «Six-finger»
Now that Ford had become his puppet, Bill began working on him to make Ford the one who would finally open the portal and let him into his reality. He also said that during their time, Ford often wrote and then tore out pages from magazines that related to his problems or the problems of other people. Next, Bill reveals this to the readers...
«The Book of Bill» pt 4: Content. | «Diary #3: Missing Pages»
The pages follow Ford's isolation in Gravity Falls and his encounters with Bill, who convinces him to build a portal. The book chronicles their early relationship and its ups and downs. One day, after seeing one of Stan's scams on TV, Bill advises Ford to forget the past and move on, revealing the only remaining part of his dimension - a single speck of dust. When asked what destroyed his dimension, Bill replies that it was destroyed by a “monster”. Offering to help him find it and find it for the sake of revenge, Bill laughs joylessly and says, “six-fingered, it will eat you alive.” Ford then discusses Christmas while Fiddleford is home with his family and trying to spend it alone without Bill. After McGucket saves him from Krampus, who returned earlier due to problems with his wife, Ford makes amends by throwing him a real holiday party. However, Bill returns and, after an argument, convinces Ford to be careful with McGucket... giving him the “TRUST NO ONE” attitude. Ford ends up being warned in a dream about Bill in an anagram that reads "I'm going crazy", meaning Weirdmageddon. After realizing Bill's true intentions, he begins to contemplate destroying the diaries and discovers evidence that Bill is trying to reactivate the portal, such as injuring him while trying to open the door to the portal room. Ford then plans to restore an updated version of the suit from Bill that the Anti-Cypher Society attempted to make over a century ago. However, Bill possesses the corpses to try to stop him from gathering supplies. After numerous attempts to stop him, Ford wakes up one morning on the roof of the cabin and finds a video recording that Bill made when he possessed him that night. Warning him not to cross him again, he gives Ford 72 hours to restart the portal or his eyes “will be stolen.” Desperate, Ford plans to call Stanley to help him get out of this nightmare. This will ultimately lead to an incident that will cause Ford to become lost in the multiverse.
«The Book of Bill» pt 4: Content. | «Diary #3: Missing Pages» pt 2.
After losing Ford, Bill is left without a new route into the dimension and ends up causing a drunken mess in an interdimensional restaurant, where he begs for his mom. He ends up discussing how he eventually became successful and tells the story of Weirdmageddon and his eventual downfall. He then reveals his plans.
«The Book of Bill» pt 4: Content. | «Big Plan»
While reading the book, Bill entered the reader's mind and rewired his brain to suit his plan for revenge. He then lays out his next mission... Go to Gravity Falls and shake hands with his statue. Bill enters your body and uses it to restart one of the many portals that still exist. Bill recovers and you get your body back. Weirdmageddon 2.0 Kill Pines with sharp objects. Fiesta time. Bill tries to convince you to help him, but then Stanford returns to reveal his revelations about Bill's book. The book is Bill's last attempt to overcome his greatest fear: being forgotten. By reading a book, we give him attention, not power. By ignoring her, Bill is powerless. After Mabel, Dipper and Stan tell Bill what they will do to him if he ever returns, Bill tries one last time to convince the reader to help him, but realizes that the Pines' message worked and he is defeated again.
«The Book of Bill» pt 4: Content. | «Bill's Fate»
Axolotl's new poem reveals that Bill was sent to the Neutral Zone in Dimension 5150 called Teraprism. There he undergoes mandatory therapy to try to rehabilitate himself. Teraprism apologizes to the reader, saying that Bill managed to contact them through an arts and crafts project where he made a book... violating their rules against outside contact. They give Bill 5 minutes to finish the story and then confiscate his book. Bill finally admits that he is stuck in the prism and states that despite everything, he has not changed and will never change. He wants someone to help him out with the help of the book, but in the end the reader, like everyone else, refuses to help. By declaring that there will always be another, Bill breaks the connection between himself and the reader and repeats that, despite all this, he does not need or miss anyone. He's fine and someday someone will release him. The book ends with a dark image of his statue somewhere in the woods of Gravity Falls as its eye begins to glow blue.
«The Book of Bill» pt 4: Content. | «More secrets...»
The pages begin with Bill giving guidance on the various ways to call it. These include the Jolly Telephone, Ouija Board, Letter Burning, Pay Phones and Summoning Circles. Bill then discusses cults and how he once created a cult around himself in the 1950s called "Scipherology" (a parody of Scientology). Bill presents a set of moral dilemmas that follow increasingly strange variations of the Trolley Problem, which end with him expressing hatred for Socrates. After a guide to hypnotizing anyone, Bill touts why his owning your brain might be right for you (with a bad review from Dipper). Bill leaves a card that readers can sign to give him access to their minds. He then gives a list of various holidays that are much better than those that people celebrate. These include... Nothing Day is a holiday when nothing happens. Paradoxes are a celebration of everything contradictory. Strange Anniversary is a day to celebrate disturbing strange events. Bill Nog - Bill's guide to making Bill Nog. Ingredients include... Nog Bill Whisper "Nog Time" into the glass to thicken the drink. Pour it directly onto your face! MM-MM! These include the revelation that the dolls were once real creatures that were driven to extinction by the Dutch, that Minnesota is not real, the existence of secret numbers, the fact that you are being watched by someone in a parallel dimension, and a secret menu item in burger joints. called "Royal Despair" and how to order it. The exclusive pages end with a series of posts about your TV products, such as the hand, perfume that smells like Bill, and a sponge shaped like him. It ends with Bill telling you to listen to the static on your TV.
